The Pink Line is a 59.6 km semi-circular corridor with 38 stations, making it one of the longest single lines. It loops around Delhi from Majlis Park in the north, through West Delhi (Rajouri Garden), South Delhi (INA, Lajpat Nagar), East Delhi (Anand Vihar), and up to Shiv Vihar in Northeast Delhi. A second branch runs from Majlis Park through Burari to Maujpur–Babarpur.

It connects Rajouri Garden (West Delhi shopping), ESI Hospital, Delhi Cantonment, South Campus (DU), Bhikaji Cama Place (offices), Sarojini Nagar (famous market), INA/Dilli Haat (food and crafts), Lajpat Nagar (shopping), Mayur Vihar (East Delhi residential), Anand Vihar (ISBT), and goes all the way to Northeast Delhi — Maujpur, Gokulpuri, and Shiv Vihar.

Bus connections along the Pink Line

Anand Vihar ISBT is a major bus interchange for interstate and city routes. Sarai Kale Khan–Nizamuddin connects to the railway station and ISBT. Dilli Haat–INA has good bus connectivity to South Delhi. Rajouri Garden connects to West Delhi buses. The Northeast Delhi stations (Maujpur, Gokulpuri, Shiv Vihar) provide metro access to areas previously dependent solely on buses.

Travel tips

The Pink Line is great for avoiding interchanges — because of its wide arc, you can often reach your destination directly without switching lines. Check if your origin and destination are both on the Pink Line before planning an interchange-heavy route. The Majlis Park–Maujpur branch via Burari is less frequent — confirm train timings at the platform.
