By using DTC Bus Routes — either the website (www.dtcbusroutes.in) or the DTC Bus Routes Android app — you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the service.
Throughout these terms, "the service" refers to both the website and the Android app collectively.
What the service is
DTC Bus Routes is a free information tool for looking up Delhi Transport Corporation and cluster bus routes. It is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.
We are not affiliated with the Delhi Transport Corporation, DIMTS, or any government body. This is an independent project.
Accuracy and reliability
Bus routes, stops, and timings can change. While we try to keep information accurate:
- Route data may be out of date or incorrect
- Actual buses may not stop at every listed stop
- Estimated travel times are rough approximations, not guarantees
- We cannot guarantee any bus will be running at a given time

Permitted use
You may use the site to:
- Look up bus routes for personal travel planning
- Share links to specific routes or stops with others
- Link to our pages from your own site, blog, or app
Prohibited use
You may not:
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically download our route data for commercial use without permission
- Use automated tools that create excessive load on our servers
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the site
- Use the site for any illegal purpose or in violation of Indian law
- Impersonate DTC or claim official affiliation with the site
- Interfere with advertising or attempt to hide ads programmatically
Intellectual property
The site's design, code, and original content are owned by the site operators. Route data itself is not proprietary; it is derived from publicly available information about Delhi's transit network.
The site's source code is open-source and available on GitHub under its published license.
Third-party services
The site uses third-party services including Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Microsoft Clarity, Google Maps, and OpenStreetMap. Your use of features that depend on these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Advertising
We display third-party advertisements to fund site operations. We do not endorse advertised products or services. Any interaction with an advertisement is between you and the advertiser.
Warranty disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that route data is accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTC Bus Routes and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site — including but not limited to missed buses, incorrect route information, or transit delays.
You use the information on this site at your own risk. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.
Changes to the site or terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or any feature at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
