Report a wrong route or missing stop
If you notice a route detail that looks off โ a stop that no longer exists, an incorrect terminal, a bus number that has been renumbered โ please email us with:
- The route number or stop you are looking at
- What is incorrect and what should be there instead
- Your source, if any (a photo of a bus, an official notice, personal experience)
We update the database manually based on these reports. Every correction helps every future user of the site.
Suggestions and feature requests
Have an idea for something we should add? Send it over. Priority goes to things that help the largest number of commuters, so features like better nearby-stop finding or route planning improvements get faster attention than niche requests.

Android app feedback
For crashes, wrong route data, or feature requests in the DTC Bus Routes Android app, email us with your device model and Android version. You can also leave a Play Store review, but we cannot respond to Play Store reviews directly โ email is faster.
